Inclusive Leadership Consultancy

In today’s business environment, inclusive leadership is a competitive advantage. Companies that foster workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and able to contribute fully see stronger engagement, higher retention, and better performance.

Diversity is also a profit driver in companies. For companies that report above average diversity in their management teams, their revenue is 20% higher.

What do employees want?

  • A workplace culture that supports growth and flexibility
  • Leaders who act with integrity and create a sense of belonging
  • Opportunities for leadership and skills development
  • Clear pathways for career progression into senior leadership and management
  • A supportive environment for wellbeing and balance
  • Work that aligns with personal values and organisational culture

How we help

We partner with organisations to strengthen leadership capability and build cultures where people thrive. Our consultancy services enable your organisation to:

  • Embed inclusive leadership principles across your organisation
  • Develop leaders and teams who drive positive cultural change
  • Identify and address barriers that limit performance and growth
  • Cultivate high-performing, resilient teams
  • Foster genuine commitment to equity, inclusion and belonging in hybrid workplaces
  • Leverage tools and development plans to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and performance

Our approach

We begin with an initial business audit to understand your current culture and leadership practices. From there, we provide consultancy and tailored learning solutions and toolkits to support positive organisational change.

Why partner with us

Impact Business School supports organisations to embed inclusive leadership at every level of the organisation – future-proofing your workforce, building resilience, and driving long-term business success and optimal performance. We act as an experienced partner to help you strengthen culture and align your business strategy with social responsibility.

Our Focus Areas

Gender

Impact Business School is committed to overcoming the gender gap and universal challenges that women experience in the workplace, to enable them to reach their full potential. We create and deliver strategic initiatives to increase representation and leadership opportunities and close the gender pay gap for women across your organisation. Mentorship, sponsorship and allyship are core pillars of our strategic initiatives.

Cultural and Linguistic Diversity

Impact Business School acknowledges the cultural and linguistic diversity in society and the underrepresentation, microagressions and racial discrimination that may be experienced by minority cultural and linguistic groups within the workplace. Our learning solutions shift people from Cultural Cruise Control to Respectful Cultural Curiosity and build a sense of belonging for all.

Generational Diversity

Impact Business School supports companies to build a diverse workforce including employees across different ages and generations. We recognise the value of divergent skills, abilities and perspectives of people of all ages and provide strategies to attract and retain the best talent at different stages of life, including recent graduates, parents and carers and employees nearing retirement. We guide you to build a talent pipeline that adapts to meet the needs of your organisation and its people.

What our Partners Say

Delve Underground

Patricia delivered an insightful and collaborative presentation on the topic of Approaching Allyship as Leaders of Change for Delve Underground’s Women in Science and Engineering Network 2023 relaunch event. Patricia was able to highlight to the group of 80 engineers and support teams how the impact of being leaders of change includes identifying the unique needs of women, minority groups and allies within the workplace.

Patricia created a safe and supportive environment by sharing her own experiences and encouraged participants to share ideas and questions on evolving allyship in the workplace.

I highly recommend Patricia and Impact Business School to engage, explore, coach and inspire others and I look forward to working with Patricia on future initiatives.

Australian Tunnelling Society

Simply put, partnering with Patricia Kaziro and Impact Business School was highly beneficial for the ATS Mentor Alliance. Before employing Patricia as our expert, our program was simply about getting mentors and mentees paired and even in that process, we showed signs of inexperience in program design and our processes were inefficient. With Patricia’s patient and open minded guidance we were able to create new and enhanced processes and resources for the program. Impact Business School led the build of a web app to automate the matching of mentors and mentees and the redevelopment of Learning and Development Forums. The Learning and Development Forums have become a collegial space to discuss a broad range of topics crucial for professional success and to navigate challenges within the tunnelling industry.

In working on this project with Impact Business School, our program operations became smoother, and our offerings more comprehensive, with much more value to our program participants. We now have a recognisable brand, increased publicity and partnership channels to grow the program and a higher level of engagement within the industry, with a 30% growth rate in program participants in 2024. Feedback from our participants shows a high appreciation of the ATS Mentor Alliance programming, which could have not been done without Patricia and Impact Business School. I think I can also speak for all three committee members from the ATS Mentor Alliance Committee (Amanda Huang, Shenyan Yao and myself), that we have had many learnings and insights about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, learning design and inclusive leadership while working with Patricia. The Australian Tunnelling Society is looking forward to working with Impact Business School again in the next cohort, and hope to expand our program globally, utilising Patricia’s global perspective and knowledge of organisational change and program design, while still considering the unique needs and interests of our engineering community.
